Need help with RadarCast? Email admin@radarcast.app for questions, feature requests, or bug reports.
RadarCast is built and supported personally — no automated chatbots, no canned responses. Every message gets a real reply, usually within 1-2 business days.
Reporting a bug
To help us fix the issue quickly, please include:
- Your iPhone or iPad model and iOS version (Settings → General → About)
- A brief description of what happened and what you expected
- The approximate time the issue occurred — helps us correlate with weather events or server logs
- Screenshots, if helpful
Feature requests
RadarCast is built by a meteorologist with 14 years of television experience, and it's shaped by the people who use it. If there's a data layer, gesture, or display option that would make your weather work easier, tell us. We can't promise every idea ships, but every idea is read.
Subscription questions
Trial cancellation, billing, refunds, and Family Sharing setup are handled by Apple directly. Open Settings on your device, tap your name, then tap Subscriptions to manage RadarCast Pro. For issues beyond what that screen can resolve, email admin@radarcast.app and we'll help where we can.
